Activated clay desiccant

1. Product Introduction

Activated clay desiccant is made by grinding attapulgite clay into powder then to mix with cacl2 through physical and chemical processes, including blending, bead-making, drying process and sieving.

We now produce activated clay desiccant in bulk which can absorb over 50% of its own weight (under Tem:25 ℃, RH:80%).

Activated clay desiccant is a good material to pack into 1kg or 2kg woven or non-woven bag to protect cargo in the ocean container transportation, which can reduce relative humidity in the container down to low level and can protect shipment through long shipment periods.

According to our experience, usually, in one twenty feet container, it need to use desiccant to absorb 8kg moisture. For this purpose, 16 bags 1kg non-woven activated clay desiccant or 8 bags 2kg non-woven activated clay desiccant can solve the problem. We are now in a position to pack 1kg, 2kg woven or non-woven activated clay desiccant bag in large quantity and is willing to manufacture for our business partners under OEM terms.
